Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Agathas Web ("we", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and clients. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
1. Data We Collect
We collect information when you fill out forms on our site, including name, email, phone number and information about your project. We also collect navigation data automatically through cookies and analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to respond to contact requests, send quotes, improve our services and, when authorised, send communications about new products and services.
3. Data Protection
We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure. Your data is stored on secure servers.
4. Your Rights (UK GDPR)
Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete or request the portability of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us.
5. YouTube API Services (YESHUA)
YESHUA (yeshua.agathasweb.com), the marketing management system developed and operated by Agathas Web, uses YouTube API Services to allow the owner of a YouTube channel, or a manager authorised by them, to publish videos to that channel and track results. When you connect a channel to YESHUA, data obtained from YouTube is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy, available at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.
Data we access and store: only after the channel owner or manager connects the channel and grants permission through Google sign-in (scopes youtube.upload and youtube.readonly), YESHUA accesses and stores: (a) the authorisation token (refresh token), stored encrypted on our servers; (b) the channel ID and name; (c) the title, description and file of the videos the user themselves schedules in YESHUA; (d) the video ID once published; and (e) public channel metrics, such as subscriber and view counts, used in reports.
How we use this data: solely to publish to the channel the videos that the channel owner or manager has scheduled, with the details and on the date they defined, and to generate performance reports for the client. We do not sell this data and do not share it with third parties, except with YouTube/Google itself, as required to publish the videos and retrieve the metrics.
How to revoke access: you can disconnect the channel at any time in YESHUA itself, using the βDesligarβ (Disconnect) button of the YouTube integration, or on your Google Account permissions page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. When access is revoked, the authorisation token is deleted from our servers, and any stored channel data is updated or deleted within 30 days.
Questions or complaints about how YESHUA uses YouTube data can be sent to our data protection contact at [email protected].
