Do you use the Official WhatsApp API?
Yes. Voyia is integrated directly with Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API — no QR code, no ban risk and full official features (templates, buttons, flows, etc.).
How are Meta message fees charged?
Meta charges for business-initiated messages (marketing, utility, authentication). Voyia passes these rates through without markup. Customer-initiated service messages and replies within the 24-hour window are free.
Can I migrate my current number?
Yes. We handle full migration from WhatsApp Business App or any other platform to Voyia, with end-to-end support during Meta verification.
Is there a lock-in or cancellation fee?
No. You can cancel any time without penalty. Annual plans get 20% off while keeping full flexibility.
Do you help configure the chatbot?
We provide complete documentation, videos and step-by-step tutorials so you can configure the chatbot yourself — the panel is built for self-sufficiency. If you'd rather have Agathas do the personalised configuration for you, we offer that as a dedicated service for an additional fee, quoted by flow scope.
How does the AI integration work?
Voyia connects to the AI model you pick (Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.) using your own API key — you decide whether to use the provider's free or paid plan. Voyia orchestrates the conversation, keeps context and hands off to a human when needed; the model cost stays directly between you and the AI provider, with no markup.
Where is the data stored?
Servers in Brazil with multi-tenant isolation, Meta tokens encrypted with AES-256 and OWASP Top 10 hardening. GDPR-compatible.
